At Orathie, we believe every order deserves careful handling from the moment it is placed until it reaches your doorstep. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, prepare, and deliver purchases made through our online store.


Order Confirmation

After your purchase is successfully completed, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been accepted into our system. A second email containing your tracking information will be sent once your package has been dispatched.

If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting our support team.


Processing Schedule

Orders are reviewed, verified, packed, and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

Processing may require additional time during:

  • Seasonal sales
  • Public holidays
  • High-demand product launches
  • Unexpected carrier disruptions

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery estimates begin once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary because of customs inspections, weather conditions, transportation delays, or local delivery operations.


Shipping Partners

We work with trusted international logistics providers and regional delivery companies to ensure reliable transportation.

The carrier responsible for final delivery may vary depending on the destination country.


Tracking Information

Once your shipment leaves our fulfillment facility, a tracking email will automatically be sent.

Tracking information may require 24–72 hours before the first scan appears online.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.

If an address contains errors or is incomplete:

  • Delivery may be delayed.
  • Additional carrier charges may apply.
  • The shipment may be returned to our warehouse.

Orathie cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.


Customs & Import Charges

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections.

Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, or other local charges are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the customer whenever applicable.


Delivery Delays

Occasionally deliveries may take longer than estimated because of:

  • Customs inspections
  • Severe weather
  • Airline disruptions
  • Carrier network congestion
  • National holidays
  • Force majeure events

These situations are beyond our control.


Lost Packages

If your tracking information has stopped updating for an extended period, please contact our support team.

We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. Carrier investigations generally require 5–15 business days before a final resolution is provided.


Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photographs before opening it.
  2. Keep all original packaging materials.
  3. Contact us within 48 hours after delivery.

This allows us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers to reduce delivery times.

Separate tracking numbers may be issued.


Order Changes

Orders may only be modified or cancelled before fulfillment begins.

Once processing has started, shipping preparation cannot be interrupted.
